My goal is to post articles capturing what Americans care about the most with insight into making the best decision regarding your healthcare for the future.
Hopefully, this blog, can give you the missing piece of the healthcare puzzle.

Jay
Jay,
I had type 1 but I made a decision to repair the problem through diet and exercise. In the last 12 months I have lost 40 pounds and generally eat a raw diet – http://www.naturalnews.com/027252_diabetes_health_olive_oil.html -I am now 205 pds at 6′ ft tall. I am in the best shape of my life, I can run a 6:58 mile, run 10 miles at a pace of 9:30 a mile, & do Crossfit 3x a week. Even if you can’t completely get off meds diet and exercise have so many benefits for your life!!
